GrowthOS AI (“GrowthOS AI,” “we,” “us”) provides AI growth infrastructure — AI voice callers, identity-resolution pixels, intent-data audiences, CRM build & integration, ad creative production, and custom AI agents — to operators across every vertical. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, share, and protect personal information when you visit growthos-ai.com, schedule a strategy call, or become a client.

1. Who we are

GrowthOS AI is the controller of personal information we collect through this website and our services. Where we process personal information on behalf of a client (for example, a client’s end-user leads), we act as a processor under a separate Data Processing Agreement with that client.

2. Information we collect

From website visitors

  • Contact information you provide when booking a strategy call (name, email, phone, company, role, brief about your business).
  • Usage data — pages visited, referring URL, device and browser metadata, approximate location derived from IP.
  • Cookies and similar technologies — see our Cookie Policy.

From our AI voice agent (the widget on this site)

  • Audio of your conversation with the on-site demo agent, processed in real time by ElevenLabs.
  • Transcripts generated from that audio, used to improve agent quality and to follow up with you if you request it during the conversation.

From clients and prospective clients

  • Business contact and billing details, contract terms, and information necessary to onboard and serve you.
  • Access credentials or API tokens you choose to share with us to operate your CRM, ad accounts, or other integrations — held in scoped, revocable form.

From our clients’ end users (we process as a processor)

When clients engage us to run their growth stack, we process information their end users provide to that client — for example, names, phone numbers, email addresses, form responses, intent signals, and call recordings. We process this data only on documented instructions from the client and consistent with applicable law.

3. How & why we use it

  • Provide and improve our services — respond to strategy-call requests, deliver and optimize engagements, support your account.
  • Communicate with you — reply to inquiries, send service-related updates, occasionally share product or industry information you can opt out of at any time.
  • Site analytics — understand how visitors find and use growthos-ai.com so we can improve it.
  • Security & abuse prevention — detect and prevent fraud, abuse, and unauthorized access.
  • Legal compliance — comply with applicable laws, including telecommunications and consumer-protection requirements.

4. Sharing & processors

We do not sell personal information. We share it only with the following categories of recipients, and only as necessary:

  • Sub-processors that power our infrastructure — including ElevenLabs (voice synthesis & conversation), OpenAI and Anthropic (language model inference), Google Cloud / Meta / TikTok (advertising delivery), GoHighLevel (CRM), Twilio (telephony), Stripe (billing), and hosting providers.
  • Our clients, when we are processing data their end users have shared with them.
  • Professional advisors (legal, accounting) under confidentiality.
  • Authorities when required by law or to protect rights, safety, or property.

5. AI processing

We use AI systems extensively to deliver our services. Specifically:

  • Voice agents may record and transcribe calls in real time to qualify, route, or follow up with leads. Calls are disclosed at the start of each conversation where required by law.
  • Lead scoring and intent modeling may use behavioral signals (including pixel data, ad engagement, and third-party intent providers) to prioritize outreach. We do not use these models to make solely automated decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects without a meaningful human step.
  • Content generation (ad creative, copy, follow-up messages) is produced with AI tools and reviewed by humans before publication on client accounts.

6. Data retention

We retain personal information only as long as necessary to deliver the service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Website analytics are retained up to 26 months. Voice-agent recordings tied to the on-site demo widget are retained up to 90 days unless you ask us to delete them sooner. Client account data follows the retention terms of the underlying client agreement.

7. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, port, or restrict the use of your personal information, or to object to certain processing. California, Texas, Colorado, Virginia, and EU/UK residents have specific statutory rights. To exercise any of these, contact us at the address below. We will respond within the period required by applicable law.

If we process your information on behalf of one of our clients, please contact that client first — they are the controller for that data. We will support their response.

8. Security

We use industry-standard administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. No security control is perfect; please use strong, unique credentials and notify us promptly if you suspect compromise.

9. International transfers

We are based in the United States. If you access our services from outside the U.S., your information may be transferred to and processed in jurisdictions that may not provide the same level of protection as your home country. Where required, we use Standard Contractual Clauses or other lawful transfer mechanisms.

10. Children

Our services are not directed to individuals under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe we have, please contact us and we will delete it.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top reflects the most recent version. Material changes will be communicated to active clients in writing.
